Sak Pase Kitchen, founded in 2025 by Chef Fabiola Alexis, is a Haitian inspired culinary brand dedicated to bold flavors, culture, and community. It is the parent company of the Sak Pase Food Truck, which Chef Fabiola proudly launched in 2020 as South Florida’s first Haitian and fusion food truck.
