Sak Pase Kitchen is known for serving some of the best Haitian food in South Florida, offering authentic Caribbean flavors rooted in tradition, culture and community. Founded by Chef Fabiola Alexis, Sak Pase Kitchen is dedicated to preserving traditional Haitian food while introducing global influences that elevate the dining experience.
The brand began in 2020 with the launch of the Sak Pase Food Truck which quickly became a destination for guests seeking the best fritay in South Florida.
